Save A Life Community CPR and Defib Workshops
Helping Communities Across the North East to Save Lives
Our Save A Life Community CPR and Defib Workshops are hands-on, accessible training sessions designed to help people of all ages and abilities gain the confidence to act in a first aid emergency.
Delivered by First Aid Saves Lives CIC, these practical workshops teach the essential lifesaving skills everyone should know — including CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), Basic Life Support (BLS), and how to use a defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively.
Whether you are part of a community group, school, charity, or workplace, our workshops make it easy to learn the skills that truly make a difference.
What Our Save A Life Workshops Include
Each Save A Life Community CPR and Defib Workshop lasts between 2 to 3 hours and combines expert instruction with hands-on practice.
You’ll learn:
What to do in a first aid emergency
How to perform CPR correctly and safely
How to use an AED (defibrillator) with confidence
Understanding Basic Life Support (BLS)
How to stay calm and take action when it matters most
All participants receive a Certificate of Participation upon completion.
Workshop Options
We believe lifesaving skills should be accessible to everyone — which is why we offer three simple options:
